Chai Timer
A focus timer that reminds you to go make tea — because the best breaks come with a warm cup.

- ROLE
- Just me
01 — THE ITCH
I kept skipping breaks, then wondering why my afternoons felt like wading through soup. I needed something gentle that would tell me to stand up.
02 — WHAT WE BUILT
A tiny timer with one opinion: after every focus block, it asks you to go make tea. No streaks, no guilt, no notifications beyond a soft kettle sound.
03 — WHAT I LEARNED
- The smallest projects teach the most about finishing.
- A friendly tone does more than any feature.
- Side quests are allowed to stay small.
