How to ask forhelp without apologizing three times
A small script for a big fear.
For years, my requests for help started with "sorry to bother you" and ended with "sorry, I know you're busy". The middle was mostly apology too.
Here is the small script I use now: what I am trying to do, what I have tried, and where I am stuck. No apologies needed. It respects everyone's time, including mine.
Asking for help is not a weakness. It is how teams stay fast. The people I admire most ask the most questions.
WAS THIS USEFUL?
